Daryl Wright

CEO & Director  CA FAICD FTL

Daryl specialises in strategy development, transformation & turnaround advisory, leadership development and mentoring, and provides CFO services.

Daryl provides board advisory and has served on several boards as a member and Chair. He has experience across many industries, with a career that spans 40+ years delivering C-suite leadership, business advisory and management consulting across private, family businesses, SME’s and listed companies.

Daryl has successfully led business growth and performance improvement on a global scale. He has managed mergers & acquisitions, facilitating turnaround management and led enterprises through significant change, digitisation and growth.

Daryl’s passion is to see business succeed – whether a start up or well established. He is active in the NFP sector and in the clubs and professional associations he belongs. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association and a registered practising Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Lina Garcia

Accountant  BAcct MPAcc

Lina is an Accountant, providing management accounting services to our diverse range of clients.

Prior to joining us, Lina had five years of financial experience working in different commercial industries including well-known IT companies overseas. Lina has experienced the financial function in these companies and can relate to the challenges our clients are experiencing.

Lina has Bachelor of Accounting from an overseas University and has a Master of Professional Accounting from Torrens University in Australia.

Providing the highest level of service to clients and gaining their trust as a company is the most rewarding part of Lina’s role.

During her free time, Lina enjoys playing tennis, listening to pop music, reading novel books, watching documentaries and fiction movies, and playing board games with family and friends.

Andy Chiang

Graduate Accountant M.Com

Andy is a trainee accountant with a master’s degree in commerce, specialising in finance and accounting.

Andy has a strong commitment to his professional growth, actively learning and applying accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and tax regulations. With his keen attention to detail, Andy ensures accuracy in his work. His proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities contribute to his success.

Prior to joining us, Andy had diverse working experience in different companies. He has experience in daily financial operations in these companies, including accounts payable and receivables, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

Andy is passionate about personal and professional development. He actively engages in CPA courses to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in accounting.

Tahlia Reid

Graphic Design & Marketing  BCGD

Tahlia is a Senior Graphic Designer, specialising in branding, website development, print and digital collateral.

She has a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design and 16+ years industry experience. Her creative style is minimal, contemporary, engaging and vibrant.

She has a particular strength in corporate design, having worked in corporate environments throughout her career. Her most recent role was Senior Graphic Designer for Specsavers, managing a team of designers at the Australia & New Zealand head office.

Tahlia is currently learning how to write and illustrate children’s books in her spare time. She loves yoga, meditation, and family time with her fiancé and son.

Brett Malherbe

Informations Systems Lead

Brett is a highly experienced IT professional with a 25-year track record in enterprise IT and IT Managed Services.

As the founder and CEO of Tech17 Pty Ltd, a leading managed services company, he is renowned for his customer-centric approach and seamless integration into clients’ management teams. Brett’s passion for delivering innovative IT solutions has earned his company a stellar reputation.
